Hard to believe that FREE is getting red in this forum. Besides, I am sure the primary market for these things is people who own Cadillac cars. The jersey is not any more gaudy than a Cadillac car.

I wouldn't call the current Caddies gaudy. Maybe if you take the way back machine to 20+ years ago, but not anymore.
So, who came up with this idea? It doesn't seem that a bike jersey would appeal to most of their demographic. However, I guess they are trying to expand their customer base. With some of the decent cars they have these days, perhaps it makes sense.
"Hi! I don't wish to waste anyones time. Could you please fill out this form for me? I will receive a free Cadillac jersey."
I have done 100's of these test drives offers. During the last 10 years dealers made me actually do the test drives just twice. If you are polite and use the above approach, 99 out of 100 times you won't need to do the test drive, and the dealer will fill out the voucher.

It'd be wasting a chance for him to sell a car, I'd imagine they would be less than happy.

Ask the receptionist and see if she/he can fill it out. If not, it's on them who they pick to talk to you and fill out the form.
