I have bought several items from them (including a new 26" Westinghouse LCD monitor) and have never had a problem...

My experience with them (2 purchases) was also fine. Please provide links to corroborate. I DO NOT like that they frequently hide "refurbished" under "Specs" on their page. However, this phone is listed as new.
Eh, only warm deal. Would be hot if this was for the Blackjack II.

OneSale is great with two big caveats. They 'forget' to mention that all their products are refurbs AND there is no address anywhere to be found - of where they are. Yes you can go look at DNS records, etc., but that is not proper business practice. With regards to the phone, it is the old original model, as the Cingular decal shows.

For fairness, this item is apparently new and under warranty.
i bought the Swiss watch that was posted as a hot deal a few weeks ago from them and love it!

Boo! Down with 1sale. They are a bunch of scammers. They sell items as new when they are refurbs and don't let you return them. Boo! Caveat Emptor, greg brady.

Not sure about other people, my experience has generally been good. I bought a few cheap items and also a movado watch from them about a couple of months ago. The only issue I had with it was that they forgot to stamp the warranty card. Not sure if it was refurb. It was listed as new. Took it to the movado showroom and they said it is new and they can provide warranty(dont know how they can distinguish, I certainly cant). 1sale price was 279 and showroom price was 895 + tax.

Very prompt. I had my watch within 2 weeks. dont remember exact time, could have been a week too.

I bought this phone from them. It says shipped today. For people who bought items from them, how long would it take to receive the item? 2 weeks is a LOT !!!!
