I bought those 3 16GB cards over 2 weeks ago, supposedly they shipped on Thursday but USPS with no tracking... I got one email few days back explaining why shipping was delayed for 16GB cards. On Thursday i got an email saying cards were shipped. Today I got email with the tracking number and it shows that it is delivered at my house today. So all in all they were ok to provide information and ship though little slow.
rats... got the 4GB E3 not long ago for about $10 ea AR. That was my 3rd SanDisk rebate for the year. Their rebate says max of 3 submissions, up to qty 3 each time. Is that limit per promotion period? Right now it's their Q3 2009 rebate promotion, of which I've submitted one. What are the chances they'll honor another submission for Q3?

Quote from rebate, "Allow approximately 8 weeks from postmark date for processing of your form."
I think he meant to say that there is no "Rebate Check" - it is visa prepaid card. The rebate form says "Receive a Visa® prepaid card when you stock up and save on SanDisk® Extreme® memory cards"

Shipping will be slow and there won't be any tracking. I am still waiting for my 3x16G order from the last few weeks.

I was exited for a sec. because my last card went north: a service has refunded its value back to the card when it was expired and Sandisck told me it is their policy not to renew, and the provider told me it is their policy to refund back to the original credit card.

I always trade it for a WalMart gift card right away.

Googled "If you have a good relationship with your bank, it will let you draw cash from a Visa/MC gift card and deposit straight into your account. If the bank doesn't trust you then it will think this is some sort of scam and block it. In tha past, Bank of America and USAA have both deposited gift cards for me. posted by meehawl at 1:15 PM on December 18, 2007"
