Rebate

Shipping was only 6.39- still a good deal.

Folks are having issues with Kaspersky rebates (which is astoundingly normal). Make sure you keep a copy of everything.

Extra $25 upgrade rebate: link

1chris1 said: Extra $25 upgrade rebate: BEWARE! People have been getting denied the larger rebate with no reconsideration on other Kaspersky deals if they submit both: "Rebate is not combinable with any other offer." I recommend NOT doing the $25 until the $50 is showing approved (or perhaps not at all).

CERTAINLY do not submit it with the same MyRebatesOnline account or email and use a different address for one of them if possible.

This is the same rebate company CrapUSA used, and that was often a nightmare, too.

This works only for one year . . . right?

they take their sweet time to fulfill the rebates... i have like 3 rebates from products that i purchased over 3-4 months ago that i'm still waiting for..

Rebates are toooo sloooow.

I can see 6 weeks tops but 16 weeks? Its unacceptable.

you think kaspersky rebates are slow? try the rebates from panda.. the best rebates are from mcafee and norton.

good deal but no free shipping..

Give Kaspersky a break, they are in Russia....

kaspersky rebates are the WORST !!

product is excellent excellent, but rebate - you can assume you won't get it without fight.

thanks, just wondering, does the order form summary serve as my register receipt?

With so many rebates around these days one has to really pick and choose and this one does not make the cut due to high unreliability in the past. It is just more cost-effective to buy an older version for cheap online and then get the updated signatures through software update...

For those weary of these rebates like me

You can buy 3 user versions of KIS 2009 for 20$, the upgrade to 2010 is free. No rebate, 20 bucks

Thats what i do, and Kaspersky Internet Security is the more comprehensive software. Good AV, good deal for the op if you dont mind rebates

Sent in my $35 rebate on 06.05 and received it on 09.25. Sixteen weeks to receive my rebate. LOL

There is an option now to receive the rebate in the form of an American Express Prepaid card. Maybe it will be faster with this option. I choose this just to see if that is the case. We'll see.

Anybody's rebate showed up yet?

Can someone please post an image of the kaspersky install disk of 2009 . The rebate asks for photocopy of the install disk. My 2009 version was downloaded from the Kaspersky site so I do not have the acctual disk.
