Thanks for the code, just made a purchase! Very pleased.
Pinocchio on Blu-Ray also is fullscreen / widescreen. What they do is put some art on the sides of the picture to fill the screen. That's my guess with Snow White.

what I really don't like is price point - had to buy something to get fsss - $0.01 and just got another Wii wheel $9.50 -- $24.99 should be eligible for free shipping!!!
how could this be a widescreen ?! Either the "Widescreen" descriptor is referring to some of the special features, or it's just incorrect.

This is an option called "DisneyView" on the Blu-ray. You can turn the option off if you just want to watch the film with black pillarbox bars on the side.
Rebate form said "Submit cash register receipt dated between 10/6/09 and 1/31/10 with store name and item circled from Walt Disney’s Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs Diamond Edition Blu-ray™ or DVD (photocopies acceptable)."
If I order one today (10/5), will it work or should I wait until tomorrow to order?

I realize the date for the movie is the 6th and not today. I will take a chance. However, I may tomorrow on the 6th buy it again and print a receipt with that date and IMMEDIATELY cancel that order but use that receipt. I will use the UPC from the movie which I ordered today.

If I order one today (10/5), will it work or should I wait until tomorrow to order? The rebate will only work on the dates indicated, so a purchase made today will not be applicable. You could try waiting until tomorrow to purchase it, but the coupon code may be only for pre-orders, and thus may not work tomorrow.

FYI, Amazon is indeed a store and they actually issue receipts.
Yo I hear you bro, but yet I wonder why they stipulate "Store receipts must emanate from same state as consumer address."? I guess if you live in WA you are all set.
Amazon does not bill until its shipped on pre-orders if i recall, right? do the invoice you get would it have the purchase date, or the date when they ship it?

wow...i preordered and got it at $25 - $10 = $15, will they price adjust it?
i think its dead. "We're sorry, but the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to this purchase. Please refer to your promotional coupon for information about item or store restrictions."
I just ordered with the $10 off code for a total of $9.99.
30 seconds later I received an email from Amazon giving me $5 towards a Video On-Demand: "As a thank you for purchasing a DVD or Blu ray disc from Amazon.com, we would like to give you a $5.00 credit on select TV shows at the Amazon Video On Demand store."
I also ordered for $24.99-$10, so I called and was told I didn't need to call, that it is just their policy, and I should see the $5 credit automatically. I'll be watching.
