Be careful of "free trial offers" for teeth whiteners. See MousePrint.org story. There are many complaints about consumers' credit cards being charged for subsequent shipments despite cancelling.
They will charge you for future shipments. Don't be stupid.

Also be careful if they offer you a trial to any other sort of program. They offered one for $19.95 ($39.95/mo if you continue) but they said they were sending a $100 FREE GAS coupon. Turns out you have to send in the request to a fufillment house, they then send you a COUPON that must then be sent in to the company (yes that is TWO mail-ins) then only to learn that you can only turn in $10 per calendar month and if you turn in two they ignore and throw away the 2nd, AND the program ends 03/31/2010, so if you ever do get thru the paperwork, there is only a few months left until it expires. SUCH A SCAM!!!! Don't do it!
Just got burned by them. Don't even think about ordering it!!! They give you a "free" 14 day trial. Meaning 14 days to cancel the 30 day supply that they shipped you and return unused product. If you don't they will charge you full price for the 30 day supply. they suppose to have a 60 day moneyback policy... so what is free again?? the 14 days that you have to pay for? please note that even if you read everything on their website they will pull Terms and condition out of nowhere and said that it is in the TC page when it isn't. I send my back and cancelled my card.
They are a scam! I cancelled my order before 14 days and then on the 15th day I was charged $79.99. I had to call and speak to the manager in order to get it removed. I haven't even used the FREE sample yet, not sure if it even works.

If so many people are misled or caused to misundestand I believe that there must be something seriously wrong, or plain misleading, intentional or otherwise, with your up front instructions. Nobody needs that sort of grief from a supplier. There are too may people complainng agout a product you claim to be offering a "Free Trial". Honesty is to be respected in dealings with the public, while any form of dishonesty, or any statement that can be misintepreted in any advertisment, lowers the observable morals of the trader to the level of common theives. Of course we all know that was not your intention and that you are totally honest, don't we people?

Your DazzeSmile Cancellation Confirmation
Dear Charlie Paterson,
Thank you for taking the time to try out DazzeSmile. This is an automated message to confirm that you have recently been removed from our preferred customer program; therefore you will no longer be receiveing any more DazzeSmile products or shipments unless a shipment had already been shipped prior to your cancellation.
In case you are still within your 14-day trial offer, then you are still responsible for this order as well as the billing of $87.62 for the DazzeSmile Pen at the end of your 14-day trial period. This billing will only take place if you fail to return the product back to us before the end of your trial period. If we do receive and process your trial return at our returns department before the end of your trial offer period then this charge will not take place. If you 14-day trial period has already ended and you have received or been shipped an additional shipment, then you will not be billed for any other shipment from this point forward.
Please keep this cancellation note for future reference.
Sincerely, DazzeSmile Cancellation Department
NOTE: This message is fully automated, so please do not reply to this message. If you have any further questions of concerns please contact our customer service department at 866-989-2686 .
People!!!! This is kind of SCAM...Make sure you read the fine line if you going to try it. They said they'll give you free 14 days trial but that's not true. You have to cancel within 14 days after you received and return the item back to their warehouse within 14 days. If you are on the 13th or 14th days, then it would be too late for you to return. I was lucky when I try the product. I returned it after 7 days since application doesn't last 14days. Make sure get delivery confirmation when you return the item; otherwise, they'll going to charge you. I also try the Totalwhite, South Beach and Totalwhite is the same thing as Dazzesmile. STAY AWAY FROM SOUTH BEACH....their 14 days trial start from the day they ship to you.

I ordered mine with a prepaid credit card because I have been taken before by scams. So now if the money is not on there they can not take it. I got my card just for that reason. And if I am satisfied with the results of whatever I order I simply put the money on my card and make a payment....
