Ok I've been watching the other threads trying to get through to the ops rep since the first day it posted and trying many other angles with frustration, but today it worked for me and heres how.I am posting a new thread becuase there is so much to read in the other threads that got me no where although others have had success. Anyways I have a business account I logged in to sprintpcs.com then clicked on view phone and plan then clicked on upgrade this phone at which I was offered thr TP2 for $349 Just when I was about to give up I noticed a link on the right side of the page which said "upgrades for business accounts with FID# " I clicked on that and the upgrade price changed to $199 without any rebates and I ordered two of them extending my contract for 24 months.

If you don't mind an Android phone you might want to consider the HTC Hero thats coming out on Oct 11. It will be 179 with no rebates if u buy it from BestBuy. No business account needed.
But according to an account Rep I spoke to both the Hero and Pixie will require one of the unlimited plans. The TP2 does not! No. What the OP saw must have been a temporary bug. When I click the Business Account button, I indeed see the $199.99 price on the Touch Pro 2--even on a line that is not yet eligible for full upgrade--but when I then click Upgrade/Replace and try to select the phone, I get a popup message that says: --- We’re sorry, but the number you entered is not linked to a business type account with Sprint. This is required to take advantage of the discounts offered on this site. If you are interested in upgrading your phone, please enter www.sprint.com in a new browser window to access the public site.
Please add an account to your profile to continue. ---
This occurred even though my account gets a 25% employee discount.
