I had one of these a few years ago. Did not work for me. Also there is a security issue where the window does not roll all the way up and someone can break into your car. And then there is the rain issue with a partially opened window.

Is you may decrease your fuel consumption? Really? Is i may not buy it, since I live in a cloudy state and the clouds is you may not show the sun.
