I think the coupon died when I was posting the deal. Luckily, I managed to place the order just before posting the deal. I already received my order confirmation for $378.43 including Tax.

I placed the order and then finally got canceled!!! but they charge &27 for the Belkin Inc Laptop Cooling Stand with Travel Surge Protector Bundle and it reached to my house. I am looking the best way to return and get my money back. I don't want this bundle without the laptop.

Call Dell. Make sure you push the right button for I want to talk to a csr who speaks and knows AMERICAN ENGLISH.

They will send it back on Dell's dime.

Long holds, deciphering through heavy accent. It has been awhile for me though . . . have things gotten better?
With UPS definitely I would not hesitate to simply refuse it. Take it to a customer center and you can get a receipt showing return shipment.

Got the email: Dell order has shipped for the computer! I got the package for the cooler first. Since I thought the order will be canceled, I refused that cooler. Now the computer was shipped. What a surprise!
