if you don't care about DX11 than this 5750 for $40 AR is very good price but, absence of HDMI kills it usage in HTPC - IMHOSo you're saying that the new ATI 57xx cards, at a minimum cost of 172% more than the 4650 that's the subject of this thread, will perform better?

another point is - why to pay for this 4650? for games? look for 4850 AR for htpc? no HDMI. 4650 with hdmi cost about $70. whole point for 46xx was to get 8ch audio over hdmi
