The following codes are good at Blockbuster Express DVD kiosks (similar to the Redbox DVD Rental Machines) from 10/13/09 to 11/25/09. The one at my local Publix market is up front by the customer service desk - big blue machine that looks like an ATM kiosk. The coupon is only specific that the cannot be used in Blockbuster stores. The codes sort of imply that they will only work at Publix locations of the kiosks, but I am not absolutely sure of that. In fact, Publix stores are the only place you can find these machines in my area so there's no way for me to test this.
According to the printed offer (which came in a Val-Pak mailing distributed to a suburb of Orlando, FL) "Simply enter this promotion code when prompted during the rental process at the kiosk."
