$499 -25% BCB brought the total to $375 + $30 tax. Much better deal than the 311 imo, although I would have preferred black. The $125 BCB is already pending in my account.

Not only did I get mine, they messed up and let CB go through after I return the item. I think just before the black friday 40% there was a 25% deal - and I jumped on that one. Then, of course, a few weeks later, they had the 40% deal. So, I returned the 25% item and simply reordered under the 40%. Lucky me got CB on the returned item (25%) and on the reorder (40%).

Super lucky, haha.
I think I may have gotten like a $10 CashBack last year after a canceled order...

yeah they seem to miss stuff like that. like for overstock, i preordered Halo ODST and COD, and they've already given me bing CB even though overstock canceled my ODST order for no reason, and COD hasn't even come out yet.
and be sure to be the 1st in; otherwise it will be black friday repeat all over. spend all day trying to score that deal and no luck

It is still the case now. I am still getting CB on returned items. I think they just don't care...

How accurate is this information? And how long did it take to get Bing CashBack last year?
Yes, customer should note the following when shopping with HP
1. The CashBack percentage offered will apply to your entire order, before taxes and shipping costs. 2. Entering a coupon code at the payment page will void your CashBack. Also, beginning 10/2009, the Friends & Family program, HP Academy program, and the Employee Purchase Program can no longer be combined with CashBack. 3. Instant rebates and automatic free shipping on the HP Home & Office site will not void your CashBack. 4. Partial returns of an order will be recalculated and the CashBack will apply to the new total purchase amount before taxes and shipping charges.
Anybody know if the FIOS free netbook offer (really just a $299 gift certificate) will void bing CashBack? I don't know if it counts as a coupon code or not.
I hope they are not doing Pacific time. I don't want to have to wait until 3am Eastern to see if the Bing CB is 25 percent. If I give my credit card number can someone on the west coast just buy me a desktop? JK

will do, JLY. Just give me your billing address, social security number, chking/sving account numbers and all the username and password for your online banking sites.
was thinking about the mini 311 - which now has Windows 7 available as an option, however they want an extra $50 bucks for it.... Guess I'm going to pass for now and wait for other deals on the actual release date or Black Friday

After couple of email exchanges with Bing, they restored my Cash Back. Shows pending in my bing a/c.
