for $99 seems like a great price, but I will warn people I bought this player new awhile back and has given me a lot more problems then i bargained for.

Some Blu-ray players are very unreliable, however, of the 46 Amzn.com Reviews by owners only 3 had defects of any kind. That is for a blu-ray player a fantastic percentage.

Sony does offer a 2 year replacement war for $20 and 3 years for $30 on the click through screen after purchase.

I think this is a great deal if you do not need Netflix streaming.

Refurbs have the same 30 day return as new units (I checked on my previous purchases, it does say that). You do have to pay shipping back to them unless it is defective.
