This is a good price for this (retail price is already low because it's WalMart). Most these things don't have this many phrases, so 9 is a lot. These things are large, I have a similar thing from the same manufacturer a few years back (see their website).

These things are still $70 in stores (where they're not sold out), and I've seen them on eBay for over $100 (though I can't say anyone was paying that much).
I nearly bought one in the store, but I'm glad I checked online first. That was before I ever even saw the deal posted here.
