In fact, it's limit one per product per address, so purchase this mount also to get free shipping!
From the rebate form:To receive your rebate check by mail follow these 4 conditions of acceptance: 1) Purchase the Qualifying Products during the Promotion Dates listed in the top left corner. 2) Remove one of the Original UPC from the Qualifying Product packaging. Copies of the UPC do not qualify. 3) Complete all information requested on this form accurately and legibly. Limit (1) one rebate per product per address, except where prohibited by law. 4) Mail the Original UPC, a copy of your invoice with purchase circled and this completed offer form to the address below.
Two high-quality mounts for 12.59 in tax. Not bad.

That Item #: 8115929 you linked does not appear on the rebate form even so the Mfr. Part#: MV-STAT3 does. So YMMV. And yes, I know that the site shows it as free after MIR.
BTW, Mustang had free mount with purchase of a Plasma LCD TV few years ago at Amazon.com. I received my rebate w/o any issues from Mustang in about 2 months. And Rebate-Zone is a fairly good rebate processor.

Rebate form says, "Mail the Original UPC, a copy of your invoice with purchase circled and this completed offer form to the address below."
If it had said Original UPC(s) instead, that would been more clear.Use separate envelopes. The extra $0.50 is worth paying to make sure you get your rebates.

Though I didnt look into it, watch out with the screens, cause the Free Shipping is restricted to normal size packages, i.e. excludes oversize and heavyweight packages.
I remember PC Connection use to sell I-ROCK mouse for FAR an year ago. The rebate was a mfg rebate. Believe me the rebate did not go through, even i followed all the instructions carefully(Note that i have done more than 300 rebates in past 4 years).
I called up the rebate processing dept. they said i didn't circle the purchase price on receipt. I remember i did that, even my copy shows that. Note that my receipt has only I-ROCK mouse on it.
I asked if i can fax the proof. The person told NO. As per the rebate rule re-submission is not allowed. I said i am sending proof not re-submission. Still that idiot did not agree.
I have done all the following to get the rebate 1. called up the PC Connection, they said they can't help. Collected PC connections CEO email from Google. 2. Reported to BBB about PC Connection and the rebate company 3. Wrote a harsh email to PC Connection CEO and I-ROCK company CEO marking to PC Connection support dept. 4. After a week called up the I-ROCK company and they said YES they remember me and processed my rebate.
I had spend almost 10 hour to get $35.xx rebate. So best of luck to you all.
I think they'll reject the rebate on the second mount. Even though they're different products, it's still the same rebate offer, so they'll probably only honor one per address. I'm going to eat the shipping cost to be safe.

Called the rebate center, I was told you could get a rebate for one of each of the 4 items on the form to the same address. I was also told if the item # did not match, the rebate would be denied i.e. the MV-STAT3

Did they say/did you ask about submitting all 4 in one envelope or does it have to be multiple envelopes?

I was told all could be submitted in one envelope. I called PC Connection and pointed out the item# discrepancy, they said there was indeed an error and would update the form, perhaps by later this afternoon,
Green from me OP! I wasn't going to mount my TV but if it's free, why not try it? Thanks!

It says 1 Rebate PER Product PER Address, NOT 1 Rebate PER Address.

. Wish I could find the ACTUAL load limit of this mount. Note the discrepancy below:
Product Features * The ideal tilt mount solution for flat panel displays measuring between 26-42 inches * Mount tilts to reduce glare * Includes lateral on-wall adjustment * Single or double stud mounting * Weight capacity: 80 pounds
Technical Details * Model number: MV-TILT2 * Dimensions: 22.5 x 10.5 x 3.0 inches (WxHxD) * Display compatibility: Flat displays from 26 to 42 inches * Maximum load capacity: Up to 125 pounds (56 kilograms) * VESA standard compatibility: 75 millimeters, 100 millimeters, 200 millimeters * Tilt capability: +/-15 degrees * Warranty: 1 year . _________________________________
OK. I found a data sheet, supposed to be from mustangav.com and it gives weight capacity as 123 pounds and will hold flat panels from 26" to 32". Says a bubble level is included with parts.

I added a Wii game to my order to make my total go over $99 and then I got free shipping. I was going to buy the game anyways and would rather pay my $12.95 towards that than shipping.

I had spend almost 10 hour to get $35.xx rebate. So best of luck to you all. This rebate is handled by Helgeson, and has nothing to do with I-ROCKS/PC-USA. You should have no problem getting it.
I know what you're talking about with I-ROCKS, as most have problems with gettign rebates from them. One took me a year and a half and several emails to get for an eCost purchase from early 2007. The last one I did was faster (6 mo.) and took only one email.

In for one, bought a 120mm fan to get over $100 for free shipping, considering I needed the fan anyway seems like a good deal. Too bad got charged Tax, but you can't win it all
