I also received the email and tried some of the stores. Some of the links don't even work. And the ones that do work sell JUNK! Completely useless coupon. Don't even waste your time.
I dont agree..focalprice has stuff that hard to find..they are all made in china and cheap stuff but its nice to get free car usb power converter, audio cables etc.
Actually I am wondering where I can find cheap circuit breakers that is used in car chargers..I am not sure what they are called.

'Cheap' circuit breakers may not be what you would want, if you value your electronics. Circuit breakers are fine if they actually break the circuit when they're supposed to, if they don't open the circuit then something more important (and costly) likely will. Corrosion, fatigue, defects, or other 'gremlins' can cause the breaker to not function properly.
Fuses are a one time deal, but they have a great track record for protecting an electrical circuit. If a fuse (or circuit breaker) opens the circuit, it's an indicator that you have an issue. The fuse, requiring slightly more effort to replace than resetting a breaker, may spur one to troubleshoot the issue and finding the cause instead of taking the lazy way out and treating the symptom (resetting the breaker, replacing the fuse).
Anyway, a local Radio Shack should have a low voltage breaker if that's what you've decided upon and would probably work out to be the same or cheaper than getting one shipped someplace.
Looks like Porqin beat me to it, much less wordy as well. . .

Focalprice and bestofferbuy usually aren't slow for me. Must have been sent to a ton of people who are now all on and taking this offer before it expires.
I'm sorry if I'm just overlooking something simple here... but... I don't understand how one receives the email? Do we have to request it? Do we have to make a purchase first? What are the necessary steps (if any)?

Probably nothing you can do if you didn't get the email. Paypal regularly does targeted mailings to select members. What their selection criteria are, who knows. Don't feel bad. I got this email, but am not enthused about any of the (overseas) vendors on this list. Feh.
for those of you who have dealt with focalprice before, how has your experience been? there are some less than stellar (getting wrong/defective products, nightmare customer service encounters) reviews on resellerratings.com which concern me.
Gee, been a Paypal/eBay user for years and I never get promotional e-mails.
EDIT: No, definitely not. I meant to say i don't get any GOOD promotional e-mails, but i always get crappy offers from paypal, like "free shipping from X" "5 dollars off 100 from Y"

Well perhaps if you didn't get the email you should check to make sure you didn't select the 'i don't want to receive promotional emails' button during signup.
