I have purchased Panasonic 50" Plasma and 37" "open-box" plasma from there. Absolutely no problem. The "Open-box" item looked same as new with hint on the opened box. It is a reliable site.

sorry i just wanted the free shipping so a few buddies combined our order and sold the three left over. I hope they dont send an email saying that they are sorry but there was a mistake...blah blah blah. We will see.
