I tried to ask them a question via email, using an email address I found in a FAQ file on their website, but that message bounced.
Does anyone have any idea how long they normally take, after receiving the rebate paperwork by snail mail, to update the status on their website to show that the paperowork has been received?

I mailed my rebates for ASUS and zipzoomfly, both on 7/28/09, and still no update on the website as of 8/22/09.
