I just wish that I saw it before we went there tonight. The deal is real. Chicken and mashed potatoes for $1.00 with coupon. They were promoting it in the BM this evening. I just edited in the The Boston Market OFFICIAL coupon link to the summary.
I would get the single entree with the mashed potatoes required side and add individual orders (the take out container which is more food than a regular side on the plate is) of side items for $2.00 each. That could give you 3 sides or 2 sides and a drink for about $5.00 and tax. That is IMO a much better deal than KFC as the dark is three pieces.
Possible self made combo: 3 All Dark chicken mashed pottoes per offer also order individual $2.00 containr of additional side. Add another $2.00 container of spiced apples or other side. Personally Mama cannot leave the place without her spiced apples. =-== That makes 3 side meal for the sales tax only if you get the free $5.00 GC from the offer below. Even if you don't, you can't beat that deal for $5.00 + tax. Alternatively, get a regular drink in place of the third side and my version of the deal is still less than $5.00 plus the tax.

ONLY works IFF you have a coupon PER person. I printed one, assuming "or mention coupon" meant I just had to mention the coupon for me and my kids. They wouldn't go for it. Luckily I was right next to CVS and ran off copies. Silliness....

where do you get the coupon?? i can't download it?
We went to BM to get some family meals. BM was packing them in. They were requiring the actual coupon for each meal. A lady came in just showing one coupon. When she asked for another $1 special for her husband, they told her she would need another coupon. Fortunately, she was prepared and pulled a second coupon out of her purse. Then they said "No problem." I was not watching to see if they ran it up separtely or on one register receipt.
titan01 said: Anyone else with positive reports? On what?? The quality of the food? Or are you convinced that this is not a nationwide deal??? I am on their mailing list and got notice of the offer. The coupon is on their website. How much more proof do you need? If you want to make sure that your local store will accept it, why not just call them instead of asking for reports from other stores here???
And given that no one has come back and said that their store would NOT accept the coupon, I don't even understand why you're asking this in the first place.

I've used it twice this week but the lady didn't seem too happy on my second visit. She will live

I think they would only get agitated if you went for lunch & dinner on the same day .
$1 lunch, here I come! I wonder if they will scoff at me using my checkcard?

I stopped last night and gone a kids meal for my daughter and the $1 deal for me. Didn't want to try using 2 coupons since I was there by myself. The woman in front of me was also by herself and they let her get 2 $1 meals with 2 coupons so much depend on the location and how picky they want to be.

I work at Boston Market. The $1 coupon booklet that someone referenced is a completely different deal.
The $1 meal is either a 1/4 white with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy with a Cornbread or a 3 piece Dark with Mashed Potatoes and Grave with a Cornbread. Drinks, Desserts & Tax extra and you cannot combine it with the Kids Eat Free deal.
You do need to have a coupon for each $1 meal being purchased, so if you're buying 4 $1 meals you need to take 4 coupons (but most stores are not requiring all 4 people actually be with you - this varies by state & location though - call ahead to double check).
Also this is a HUGE savings and deal so please pack your patience...the lines have been huge, and many stores will have waits for chicken as we are only able to cook so much at a time so that the chicken is fresh (unlike at KFC!)

Fed the whole family plus a meal for lunch today. My store closed their drive thru because of so many people...they couldn't keep up. Rang up each meal seperately, and had to have a coupon for each meal.
Working in SNJ ... asked us if we wanted the potatoes or another side. Got three meals even though there were only two of us (one for my absentee son). TY OP!
Just used two coupon today. Order a side sweet corn that costs more than the two chicken meals combined. Still a very good deal. The worker at the Boston Market are nice and has no issue taking the printed coupons.
Had lunch in a Maryland location, coupon accepted with no problem. There was a line of about at least 25 people but the staff was friendly and trying hard to keep up and keep the line moving. They asked for coupon and stapled to their copy of the receipt and put it in a big BM bag. Feel really full.
BlueDragon said: The worker at the Boston Market are nice and has no issue taking the printed coupons. What other kind of coupon is there for this deal???
Got 2 of meals with no problems, most of the people in line had the coupon. My 3 pieces did seem a little smaller than usual, but for a buck I can't complain to much. I got there just about 4ish and managed to somewhat beat the line. It was getting pretty long as I was leaving.
Lady in front of me also got 2 meals, all the $1 meals were rung up separately.

Just went last night (Irvine, CA location). Waited in line about 5 minutes. Got out with two meals for $2.18 with no hassles! Fyi, they were definitely checking that I had someone with me before honoring the second coupon.
While I was talking to the store manager, she said the $1.00 meal deal is to be repeated in January for three days only. They promised her they would be better prepared this time. Watch your email if you are registered with their VIP club.
