I just recently purchased one from Staples and really love it. I wanted to pass along this deal for those that might be interested. Question though how big is the cloth, would it fit in a Dell latitude 2100 (10inch screen)?

It is made for screens that are 12"+ diagonally. You could always cut it to fit your 10" screen since you do have a Dell and this is a HP product. Looking at it, cutting it doesn't seem like such a bad option since it is only $2.90.
