You are wrong, it looks cheap but it is not until you touch and open it...I picked up one this morning and can tell it's made with good quality, better than the Targus backpack, no complain for $5. The casher also said that it is a good deal, she is in also.

The ONE and ONLY time I had a problem with a Frys.com rebate, I called Fry's and the CSR bent over backwards to help me by placing calls to the company and doing his best to help me. Got the rebate soon thereafter.
it should be fine. I did rebates on other items that I place ordered online to be picked up at the store. They treat it the same as regular in store purchase. They just hold the item for you
