I purchased this on a deal a year ago from Big5. I'm in California. It comes with a cable lock to secure it. I also got an aftermarket pistol grip and a shoulder sling. Good enough quality for home protection. I would buy it again.

Explained here. In addition, they added a unexplained separate charge of $1 to my Visa.I guess if they get away with it half the time it's a nice little bonus.
