GE GE Energy Smart™ Compact Fluorescent - Various wattage's. I usually go with the 75w version with still only 20w usage.
See attached Target coupon $2/1. Store price $2.39, ymmv. Please note that this deal is for the GE cardboard boxed bulbs, as the plastic shell ones are $4.99, same product.
Bonus - 4 FREE Bulbs with...Print out your $1/2 coupons here Mfq Cpn and combine with target coupon.

Hey, I want some LCD bulbs too!
By the way, CFL bulbs might be challenged by ESL bulbs in the near future. No Mercury in those...should be cheaper than LED bulbs.

Sigh...I don't even know where to start. As a loyal candlepowerforums users, check your facts.

CFLs contain 4mg to 5mg of elemental mercury on average; some even contain 1mg of elemental mercury. Now, when you compare the amount of mercury to a can or two of Albacore tuna, you get a similar exposure amount for 1 average CFL. Albacore tuna is more dangerous because it does not, however, contain elemental mercury like CFLs do, but rather the tuna contains methylmercury, which people do ingest. Still, however, Albacore tuna won't kill you if you meet the recommended maximum per week.
When CFLs are broken, you only get an exposure level of 20% to 40% mercury when you stand next to them doing nothing but staring at the CFLs for 8 hours. Sometimes, it is even less because of air flow. To increase your exposure, you would probably want to lick the glass because not all elemental mercury vaporizes into the air.

EDIT: Jax, now I'll be able to see when I'm eating my 24 packs of Keebler cookies (from last week's Target steal).
Keep in mind also that if you ever have a bulb fail, regardless of brand, contact the manufacturer, and they will send a replacement. Look at the code on bulb and call. Ive had 2 replaced as I know they weren't 5 yrs +-.

Given that 1 and 2 are the same, will that work?
Target doesnt give you more than what the price is (profit), so if you use more coupons they will downgrade the value of the target coupon and possibly the others.
Thanks OP but I wish these coupon companies could figure out a way to do coupon printing without installing software. It's inconvenient and it's a bad security model for us end users.

if you buy other things with it, they probably won't even notice, they just hit enter and bypass any error message that pops up since they know you bought it. At least that has been my experience. Several weeks ago, I got a $10 Off! bug repellent pad thingie for "free" (well probably paid the tax) because it was on clearance for $3.98 with a $4 coupon. I always save those coupons for seasonal items even if I don't need them, since they usually get clearanced out. If it's free or a money maker, then I buy it.

My store is charging $35 per LED bulb. They light my DR unevenly - It's like having an xmas tree hanging from the celieng. I'll stick with the CFL.
