Thanks! I had been waiting for this to buy a warranty for new refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer that I picked up during Sears VIP sale + 16% Bing back in August.
I've used them on a laptop. The service was... shocking, in that I expected it to be horrible, and it was fantastic. They sent me a next-day air package, I put my laptop in it, and four days later, my laptop was back and actually fixed. They were very easy to deal with, and you get regular email updates about the status of what you've sent in for repair. This was two years ago, and they seem a lot more popular now... Not sure if they're better or worse to work with these days.
