CSR says their "internet is down" and they can't place orders over the phone or on the website. I didn't mention the item, just that I was having trouble placing an order. She said to try back later.
Ordered for store pick up. Checked out fine but it said "Available for pick-up in 72 hours". Would it take 3 days to get ready to pick up?

They probably just made a pricing mistake by discounting the $200 savings that is available on the 55-250mm when you combine it with the Rebel XSi or T1i kits.
Great deal if you can get it in store for that price.
Finally got past step 1 but then my product total was 0.00 and cart was empty.
Oh well.

Also ordered for in store pickup and got 72 hours availability time. The order page seems to have super low timeout. If you started the order and wait extra 10 seconds, you will get to "page not found" of sorts on your next step. So it turns out if you want the order to go through you need to fill in all data very fast without any extra delays on every page.

I just got a phone call from HHGreg to confirm my order for 1 lens. The order was put in yesterday around 4PM. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
They were out of these when I went to go pick up my order. The manager substituted the Canon 75-300mm lens (was going to resell it). I don't know squat about camera lenses so I took it for the same price. Turns out it's either not as popular or not as useful as it's sold for less. Anyone interested? :/ I'll probably end up returning it.

The charge to my credit card went through, but still no email. Also the online order status is "We're sorry. Your order status is not available at this time. Please check back at a later time." So they almost certainly have not shipped yet. Should I call or should I wait a few days?
