lol, yes we have, just last month! but remember, $50 spend must be AFTER 30% discount. (if you spend just $50, apply 30% off, you don't get the extra $10).

I think you have to use your Kohl's Card to get the 30% discount.

you get email certs. You can use them in store, but I'm not sure about using them online.

Watch out for the $10 GC, they are limited time (1 week or so) and in store only. It's $10 GC for every $50 spent to get you to spend more than you otherwise would. Last time I did this, it was such a shopping overload I just let the GCs expire.

The coupons aren't stackable, unfortunately. You can bypass the 15% code and just enter the 30% code, no need to wait.

I also don't think Bing will work with this, my Bing confirmation was the full amount before coupon which usually leads to a cancellation. I hope I am wrong. Picked up a Dyson DC25 Animal vacuum for 569.99 - 30% for 398.99 and added a filler to get $80 in Kohl's cash, seems like a pretty good deal, especially if Bing comes through.
