Seems like a pretty good price for a 2 TB drive.

Just ordered a couple to fill out a Media Center JBOD array..

why do you say BM only?...I have a shipping option

Anything in a Fry's ad can be ordered online if you don't mind paying freight. Just input the product number above.

Putting the name of the store in the thread title helps everyone.

fixed title.. wierd, when I went to the page the first time it listed store pickup only.. thanks for the heads up.

it sounds like the OP is trying to censor anyone from posting information about problems with this drive. i'd sure like to know what they are, i haven't heard of any with this drive, but the price may be an indication that they have the same problems as other seagate drives. i know i had to send back two 1.5T drives to frys because they got really hot.

anyone know about these drives?

edit: i just noticed they are 5900 RPM's. maybe they won't get so hot as the 7200's.

.

thanks! might jump on it...now days it seems like it doesn't really matter who make what now days but depend on your luck. I had WD geen drive crap out on me within 7 days while seagate still running strong.

.

Newegg reviews seem to have signifigant click of death issues.

I bought one of these about 3 days ago from Fry's despite the Newegg reviews. It's already started clicking.
