I already got my confirmation and it shows up perfectly for me.
Did it show in the cart upon checkout? Or just aferward... on your confirmation email? The reason I ask is that I dont want to have to call if something goes wrong and I need to cx the order when no mini strat is to be sent.
I ordered the mini strat and a gift card. I received the confirmation email but when I check order status on their site, no order shows up and I haven't received the gift card either. The gift card is electronic and supposed to be delivered to my email. ?? I ordered late last nite.
My order showed the $149.99 coming off right on the order, with a net price. The only time it didn't show was when I added something out of stock to the order, it didn't give me the free strat then.

The mini Strat is part of the order, the coupon only discounts it (at least as far as their system is concerned). At worst, they will cancel the order. They won't be able to fulfil the order without sending the mini Strat with it.

My last order with them I ordered 20 sets of strings, received 10 and they insisted they were in the box until I took a picture of the box showing there was not way 10 more sets could have fit. They said they would send the missing strings and then issued a paypal refund instead without asking me if I wanted the refund instead.

Your experience trumps my speculation. But then again, shipping mistakes happen to the best of them...

Thanks so much! I was getting ready to order a Les Paul Special II for my son to learn on and it's the same price everywhere. Finally, placed the order due to this deal! BTW, my order was $169 Les Paul, $149 free guitar, totalling $318 before the $149 discount. We'll see. At least I got the 7% Cash Back.

If the orders do go through, here's an awesome idea. Buy a $100 GC, get free strat, use GC to buy another $100 GC and free strat. any reason it shouldn't work?

I would challenge that, as you can still order the same way this morning, just tried it and it's allowing same order. Maybe it's the GC deal, but I just reviewed my exact order, didn't submit but it shows up as free with the coupon and only $250 including the strat.

The deal, as explained, is still working. Add items to cart totaling $250 WITH the strat, apply code, and the $149 comes off. It is possible the gift card is your issue, or anything out of stock, as mentioned before.

It's a code emailed to the receipient, or you can have it emailed to yourself. If you have it sent to you, you can send it to anyone else afterwards. This situation would be if you wanted it for someone's birthday which is several months down the road. They never expire as well.
I still haven't received the GC I ordered two days ago.

Good news, after 3 orders, 1 finally went through. I got the tracking number, and the E-gift cert. I just used t at certificate to pay for a new order, so if it goes through, i'll have 2 Strats for $100.

Well, my second order got canceled. Reason? You can't pay for a GC with a GC. I knew I was being greedy anyway....
