Any idea what sizes are the big suitcases? Web site doesn't give any details except "Product Dimensions 9 in. L x 9.5 in. W x 5 in. H. Weight: 1.5 lbs". I doubt if these are play sets

We bought a 5 piece American Tourister set from WalMart in 2005, cheapest set they had at about $100. Was disappointed at first, but they have something like a 10 year warranty on them and they're owned by Samsonite. We've had two bags replaced (seam separation) with higher quality bags for only $10 each under this warranty, and all they do is check the serial number on the bag for manufacture date, so the new bags come with a new 10 year warranty. Pretty good deal.

Thought you had to bring the busted bag to a service center?
I have a 2 month old busted AT bag and the closest service center is 2 hrs away. I can't see traveling back and forth twice for a $60 bag.
i picked one up this morning from an order I placed last night. They had everything inside the largest bag. At first, I thought the guy made a mistake when he just had 1 piece. Quality is decent but I figured with the 10 year warranty, if anything happens, at least i'm covered.
