Coupon code PICK15OCT requires Kohl's card. MEN20 doesn't

IE works rather than firefox. never had that problem before with Kohls.

the extra 20% off promo code is not working. I order $117 worth of Mens clearance items and when I entered the MEN20 promo code at checkout my amount due went from $117 to $115... any explanations to why it isn't working?
