I own this, but no longer need it since I can tether thru my iPhone...But the good thing about buying your own card is you do not have to sign a contract with ATT. It costs $60 per month. I thought I would be able to pop in my Iphone's SIM card, but it did not work for me.

what the point of this card if you have to sign up month to month contract w/att?
i mean you still pay the same amount if you sign up w/two years agreement, right?
of course you won't get hit w/etf if you cancel your contract.

Sure it does. Just not at 3G speeds. How do I know? I have this card and tested it.

If you don't want to get into a postpaid contract you can use this card with the prepaid GoPhone MediaNET service ($20/100Mb). And you still get 3G speeds.
