probably worth the price, but they are of cheap plastic and so-so sound quality. Definitely not to be confused with a Bose, Sennheiser, or Creative noise cancellation product. More akin to the low-end Sonys but not as well built.
I bought these a few months back when Daily Steals had them. They were the same price if I recall. They are OK. The noise cancelling function works very well. The Sound quality is very good. The fit and comfort will not please many. I have had 3 pairs of NC headphones. THe best were my Jabra from Woot about 2 years ago. They fell apart from use. I bought the The Speaker Company NC headphones. Mediocre at best and uncomfortable. I just bought Able Planet from Buy.com for $50 and they are by far the best quality, features and comfort.
These are OK and Daily Steals is fine to deal with.

Note that these are the Amp'd Mobile XQS-109 Noise Canceling Headphones made by Skullcandy and re-branded. You can get them cheaper on Amazon (through A1 accesories) with coupon TENDISCT:
DailySteals has to be the worst vendor online; How they even achieved a 4.3 out of 10 reseller rating is a miracle. I made the mistake of ordering an archos 5 media player from them last month. Send great emails but no product. Finally got it after 17 days. When you inquire where it is they send you a bogus tracking number. To top it off product was defective.
There are a few sites like this one that I track and occasionally order from. They are ok just don't expect Newegg like experience. And for the products, you really have to do your research before you place the order. Some products are so shady and "cheap" it's not even worth the shipping that you sometimes get it for free.
Oh, and it appears these sites might be one of the same because designs and verbal usage in certain parts are exactly the same. The products also will rotate back if you missed it, unless they can't get a hold of it any longer that is.
