Newegg just increased the discount on this monitor from $40 to $50, which with the additional $20 off code it brings it down to $189.99 shipped. The price isn't super for a ~24" monitor, but it has built in speakers and height & swivel adjustment which sealed the deal for me.

I own this thing. Bought it for 200 shipped. I highly recommend it. No dead pixels. Great picture for both gaming and normal PC.
