The nice thing about these is that they are the "v" version...which means they have voice capabilities...they are made for devices such as the iPhone. This is a big selling point in my book. These things are $50+ everywhere else!

[update] Received them fast, they sound so good I wish I had purchased more for my family. The noise reduction works very well and the sound quality lets you hear lows I have not heard before on $10-$20 headphones.
