My 2 cents.

I bought these the last time around.
The headphones were DOA. DailySteals was awesome at replacing them - no hassle, nadda.

The headphones work great at canceling my running lawn mower or weed whip.
I like the idea of only having (1) cord/cable to worry about snagging. Also, the cable unplugs from the headphones when you fold them up for storage. Oh, these headphones also came with a bunch of adapters and carry bag...
