Unfortunately molasses flows faster than data to/from a class 2 card. Plus people still have bad memories about buy dot com rebate problems from years ago.
ByeBye.com for me. You advertised rebates and represented that your suppliers were solvent. We relied on your representations. You chase them in court and we get nothing. There is nothing to indicate that you have changed your business model. Let the buyer beware.

The card certainly isn't anything special, but the rebate appears to be a SanDisk one. I've submitted a lot of sandisk rebates without any trouble.
I'd think unless there's some reason to believe sandisk are in trouble, the rebate should be as safe as any other.
From the rebate form, seems that it's a bye.com "sandisk" offer. So it's not guaranty it's directly from sandisk. If you want to see something that is from sandisk rebate, look at the Sandisk CF/SD extreme III that is being offer now, the rebate form looks much nicer & professional.
