It's a hybrid design. It's a NiMH chemistry with a tiny bit of lithium added to reduce self-discharge. I can't explain how it works, just that I read about it online.

There are $5.79 at Fry's in Fremont, CA. Great if they do have LSD. Bought some. Will test them on my BC-900 for capacity.

They are LSD. Mine tested >2000mah on my BC700. Basically repackaged Rayo Hybrid for a discount with a new marketing scheme. Good for general use. For high current drain device like Camera Flash stick to Eneloop/Duraloop(white top MIJ).
