just got off the phone with CS followed by sales... two different reps... and i got to say.. the sales lady treated me like crap... i've never wanted to not buy something so bad ever.... and i was going to purchase this anyway despite the bad reviews, but the sales rep prevented that.
Odd that FW would be affiliated with these scumbags? Yeah, for the sake of Ads fee...!!! It's cuz of this By the way they are the same company that operates as PCMall and MacMall.
I have bought stuff from them several years ago and I received all of the rebates. I agree that a $100 / $125 rebate from this company could be a little dicey.

I contacted the customer service. They sent me a new rebate form which says $125 rebate. The representative also game me his extension phone number in case there is any issue with the rebate. My order has been shipped already.

Most of the bad reviews were talking about order cancellation without notification. No big deal for me. Just my 2 cents.
