Roomba has good customer service - our brush broke on our 500 series and they sent like 4 or 5 replacements. Too bad the batteries just don't last forever.

Thanks, In for one. The orginal brushes break off very easily and newer ones seem to be much better.
I wish they'd redesign the roller brush thing (the all rubber one). Hair keeps getting tangled and I have to spend 5 min cleaning it every time or my roomba stops =(
