billrubin said: IUSTEIN said: Sad yet trueThey had this last year as well. So it's not JUST because they suck.
Did this deal last year too, prepare to be hounded by their customer service night and day to purchase other tickets and plans. The team is a joke, long live the curse of Dr. J.
tryne said: I can't find the 0.75 tickets. They are all coming up $20 minimum. Anyone can help? am I doing something wrong? You have to select tickets that are regularly priced $100 or less. This was in the OP.
BTW, when you go to the game, if you bring your own bottled water, be sure to bring an extra bottle cap for it. This is because the idiots at the Izod Center (also at Giants Stadium, so it is obviously a Meadowlands thing) are convinced that people throw the bottle caps, so they confiscate them when you enter. So you are left carrying your topless bottle of water. The solution to this is to bring an extra cap in your pocket or someplace they won't check, and just reseal the bottle after you get past security.
I never realized that bottle cap throwing was such a problem, but they take them from bottles of soda which are sold at Citi Field as well.
Also, check out the Designated Driver booth, I think near entrance B. You can sign up and get a coupon for a free soda.

why would lebron want to play for a teams that will lose 50 games this year (see: knicks as well) Doesn't anyone remember Boston a few years ago? Rock bottom and then champs?
Love to go but I have a Tropics game to see that night. Thier haltime shows are worth the price of admission alone!

Try choosing the ~$40 seats using the code, it seemed to work for me.
They'd have to pay me waaaaaay more than $0.75 to watch the Nets.

Great thank you soo much. I bought 4. At a whopping $9.05, if we go we go if not ten no big loss. I figure the kids (6 and 3) will enjoy it. To think parking will be the most expensive part of the evening.....

I don't understand how they get away with charging people a premium for something that costs them LESS.
BTW 12/23 is Nickelodeon night. They do not say which character will be there yet. Other nights have Dora, one has Spongebob Squarepants. I'm rooting for the sponge to be there! Then my kids can tell me I'm a loser if I get a picture with "him". AND, since all the stores in Paramus will be open until midnight, we can go shopping after the game.

I believe that its to prevent you from throwing a full bottle, not to prevent you from throwing the cap.

they make us consume the whole bottle at yankee stadium! they think it's a dirty bomb aimed at the redsox!
MacandCheese said: I believe that its to prevent you from throwing a full bottle, not to prevent you from throwing the cap.Never thought about that. I guess the Mets fans are more civilized, since they do not stop you from bringing in plastic bottles, with or without caps.
