Wow...cheapest they've ever been. they weren't this cheap even when they were brand new and mispriced at Circuit City. Logitech has me wanting the RF version of this, but not for their $400 asking price.

few days ago - ! - was a gold box deal for a refurb. from Logitech @ $100 (got one - very sweet!)
The price went back to $199 after rebate. I managed to get a few at the lower price but couldn't have them delivered, it would only work with store pickup.

I had already clicked on the link and I guess because of cookies I still had the $179 price (before rebate). I went from my laptop to my desktop and clicked on the price and it had jumped up...I went back to my laptop where I had it in my cart and placed the order for $179 with free local pickup and the order went through. I kicked myself last year for not getting one when the price got this low and was hoping they would have another $50 rebate this year. Last year the rebate showed up at a lot or sellers, so maybe the same will happen this year. It was right before Thanksgiving last year as well.
I just checked again and even though it shows $250, when you add it to your cart, it shows up still at $179. Heck, every time I go to the site, the price seems to change, but it shows up at $179 when I add it to my cart. So it does not seem to be dead, just a messed up website.
Sure glad I ordered mine for store pickup so I can match the store price when I go to pick it up. It shows up as $100 in my local paper after rebate as well! thanks for the heads up. I skipped that double page of my local ad since I usually do not see much on that page. At that price, the wife may not be as upset. I have been waiting for a good price, but never thought it would go that low!

Picked one (Harmony One) up at Frys in San Jose (Brokaw) and even though nothing on the shelf said the price would be anything other than $249 took to the register hoping it would ring up for $179 - but rang up for $149, yes $149, and still printed that was eligible for $50 rebate = $99 final price (not counting tax of course).

Too bad, rebate is specific to Frys purchase only. Looks like Best Buy will have this remote for $150 starting on Sunday. With the current 10%/12% off RZ coupon, can be had for $132-$135. If someone knows of another $50 rebate (not specific to Frys purchase), that would be an even better deal.
Just picked up two in DFW area, $150 + tax out the door each. Plenty on the shelf. They said limit one per customer, but she just rang each one up separately. Hallo eBay!
It is advertised in the paper as $149 - $50MIR = $99 + tax in-store. $179 - $50MIR is the online price. The online purchases where you choose in-store pickup have depleted most of the local store inventory even before opening. Most stores have between 5-10 units. Probably half got used up bt online purchases and the rest picked up by people who acted quick. Suggest you call in and have them hold one for you if you plan on going to the store so you don't make the trip for nothing.
When I got to my store, they still had a couple on the shelf. I went to the counter and had them get the one I ordered online and canceled the online order to get the lower store price. They said I could have just not picked up the one I ordered and it would have canceled in a week or so, but I did not want to tie one up when somebody else could get one. I walked out with the best deal I have ever seen on this model. I think the lowest I have ever seen was the week before Thanksgiving last year, and it was around 125 or 130. Since the rebate is good for a week or so, maybe they will get more in. I sure am glad this was posted and then somebody noticed it was cheaper at the store so I got it at the lower price. I missed it when I looked at the Fry's ad this am, and that would have been a $32 mistake! Thanks to all....been waiting a year for this deal.
