Mine just arrived from the dented box deal. Outstanding mouse! I much prefer mice like this with 300 day battery life than the ones you must constantly charge with a base.

That means you are going to be plugging in some USB devise that does the their wireless. It is not bluetooth.

The MX1100 uses regular AA batteries. After I used up the Duracells that came with it, I've been using rechargeable batteries. Over the year I've had the mouse I've recharged the batteries twice. Mouse is used daily.
