Just got this email for $10 Shop Etc Mall Gift Card (not sure if this is a plain AMEX card like last time) when you show $100 in receipts at a GGP Mall on 11/27 & 11/28. You also get a Holiday Tote and a 1 yr subscription to Martha Stewart Living (or get a $14.95 refund). I've included a jpg of the email I received for full details.
Could be a nice bonus for when you're buying that big ticket item from Sears on BF.

Don't do it, it's a scam. I did their promotion recently where if you donated a gift you got a $35.00 gift card. I've been using the card faithfully for a few weeks, ($2.13 at a time) only to find out that the card was only $20.00. GREAT, the gift I donated was $19.00. Lot's of stupidity to go through for $1.00. PLUS the fact that they refused my first donation, so I actually had to go to a store in the mall to get something else on a busy Saturday. NEVER AGAIN....
Just TRY getting someone on the phone regarding the screwup. Ain't gonna happen.....

Umm, all you are doing is showing them some receipts that add up to $100 and they give you this stuff. You have nothing to lose and they don't ask for your email or your mother's maiden name. I've gotten a bunch of $10 GCs with no problems.
Besides, if you have to receive something in order to donate, then that doesn't show you are much of a giving person. When I donate, I don't expect anything back except a thank you. THIS deal has nothing to do with donations, so you can be as greedy as you want to be.
