FYI Last time I ordered, I got all of the same Stage, so don't be fooled by the picture. You're not getting all Stages. Great deal though. Green.

It does say at the top of the description in red lettering "EACH PURCHASE IS FOR SIX (6) ADIRI NATURAL NURSER OF SIMILAR 'STAGE' MODEL" and when you order you choose from Stage 1, 2, or 3 so they are pretty clear about what you are getting. I ordered stage 1 and 2, great deal for a product we loved with our DS and are hoping our newest arrival will take to as well.
