Chase Amazon Visa Users -- $50 off Blu-ray players -- LG BD 370 $79.95 FSSS Use code CHASEBLR Also try this code chase blue ray LINK I can confirm it works on the Sony and LG players.
I don't know if you have to use a Chase card at checkout for it to work.
We're sorry, but the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to this purchase. Please refer to your promotional coupon for information about item or store restrictions.
do u know how long the code will work? i got a $25 gift certificate from Amazon coming soon and I wanna use that towards the LG player to make it even a sweeter deal!
If you don't have the Amazon Visa Card, just apply for it, once approved purchase blu ray player, add code and you get it for $50 off. Just did it and it works. In addition to the $50 off code you will receive a $30 credit on your first bill for applying for the card. Makes the blu-ray player $50 shipped. Thanks OP.
I got in with the LG 370 but I was trying to find a Sony or Samsung to work since the cnet review of the LG knocks it for video quality. Unfortunately the code wouldnt work on anything else for me.

Do they give your Visa card number right there, so that you can use it the same day of the approval?

I usually get an offer (a link) to apply for chase/Amazon card at checkout, but this time there is no offer link for me to apply.

You should cancel it and order it from ABC Warehouse. It's only $199 + shipping ($10). I just picked mine up for $209.47 shipped. Why? That's the same price AC but I'd prefer no tax (if relevant) and Amazon service.
Geez, I don't even have an HD set to put this on (unless I give it to my daughter for the 24" one in her room) but I may buy it anyway since it has Netflix and my router is right next to where it would be.
Where was this offer advertised, anyway? I have an Amazon Visa card and I did not see it.

Scroll down almost the end of Amazon's home page and you will see a link to Amazon's Visa card. You can apply using that link and once approved the card number will automatically be added to your account as the default CC.

I was replying to the guy that said he didn't have the Chase card. That's why I quoted him.
The code doesn't seem to be working for me. I have it in my cart and my Amazon Visa is the default payment option. I tried both codes. Am I missing something?
I got it to finally work. It must have went OOS when I was trying to check out.
It (CHASEBLR) worked for me but I was debating on whether to buy it or not. Thankfully OOS took the decision for me and I am happy now. One less worry in life
Thanks, OP. Worked great. Just wish I had used the free trial of Amazon Prime. From the reviews, the LG 370 looks to have the features I want ... but since I can still cancel ... is the Sony that much better? Which Sony would I need to easily connect to YouTube and Netflix?
