Make sure your link is to Dell Business, as the price is still $199 on the Home and Home Office site. (The same thing just happened to me, and I was worried that Dell had pulled the $20-off sale, but when I went to the Business site, the offer was still there and I placed my order.
I just typed in "computer" and it worked. You might have to do it a few times to get to the Business site, as I got the Home site the first time I tried.
I just searched Dell (in regular Bing not bing shopping) and clicked on the ad link for Dell at the top. Takes me to a login page showing 20%, then a page that lets me pick whether to shop in home or sm business. For some reason i can only see the extra $20 off the wii in the sm business site.

Has anyone gotten their bing email? I just noticed that when I'm logging in to bing it says save 20% on your purchase at Dell Home. I then do get the option to search bing CashBack at either the home or sm business store, and get a bing icon in sm business, but there is no positive confirmation that its 20% still. Anyone gotten it to work?
it's $184 now, - 20% Bing Cash Back = $147.20 - still great deal! at business and home.

BEWARE the fight begins! I did not get my CashBack confirmation email!
I have already received my Dell confirmation email and my Dell shipment confirmation email with tracking number and my credit card has been charged. I ordered on Saturday early while the deal was still brand new. I used no additional coupons on the order and definitely logged into CashBack website first and got the 20% off screen and completed the order withing 3 minutes time without clicking out anywhere else. I ordered through Dell Home $ Home Office.
I have emailed bing with screenshots and still no reply from them either.
What is Dell policy about refusing shipments for FULL refund ? Any restocking fee or crap like that to fight over if I refuse the shipment?
