I just saw Soul Calibur IV for PS3 drop to $9.98 on Amazon.com. I added the Black PS3 DualShock 3 controller for $41.86 to qualify for the $10 off $50 Discover Card promo for a total of $41.84.
The RadioShack BF deal for the DualShock 3 controller is $29.99, so it may be cheaper for some to buy these separately. CA tax on RadioShack makes it slightly more expensive for me.
BTW, the XBox 360 version of Soul Calibur IV is also $9.98:
