Awesome, I meant to buy these last night but ran out of time.

Wow, ridiculous find. Thanks!

good price thanks

Awesome find. Thanks!

are these comparable to if not better than eneloops?

Hot!

Gone?
Edit: The seller is not Amazon. Great finding! Thank you OP!

Consumer Reports rates eneloop first and Rayovac 3rd out of 6 brands. These are a lot cheaper.

Very good review from NLee @ Amazon.

AA 2600mAh high capacity NiMH Rechargeables - $1.50 each
Linkee

not quite eneloops, but a steal at this price, couldn't resist and bought some.

Nice $12.26 for 16 aa great deal

These are lithiums not Nicd's.
You need a different charger.

Works in all chargers including the Rayovac PS3D and PS3 CDN - holds charge longer than standard NiMH when not in use

No they are not. Please don't confuse people.

Awesome deal OP, thanks.

I'm in. I was tempted to bite at $8 for a pack of 4. These are great for me. Having a P&S camera is useless if the batteries are always dead

Pardon if I sound suspicious, but are these the real brand name batts? Went to the Rayovac website, and did not see them there. The price is great, but I'm wary of knockoffs...

In for one.
Can't believe I bought rayovac hybrids for $15 a pack of 4 last month

awesome, just in time for all the toys during Xmas time.

will these work in my eneloop charger

thanks in advance

yes but price is going up now

Yup, I think the price has gone up to 7.99 for the AA batteries.

A 3K senior Member and passing along bad info like that?

Scum seller has been jacking up price by about $1-2 every 15 min over the last 1/2 hour. AVOID.

Read the product logo idiot.
They are not Nicds like others think. What is your problem ???
It says lithium !
Just thought I would point it out that a different charger is required, but a "member" like you has to try to be a smart a**.

I see the small print on front says ready-to-use LIKE lithium. The Amazon review above says there is a fine print of "NiMH 1.2V" on each cell. Suspiciously, its capacity (mAh) is still not specified. So despite of all the hype, this is still a Nickel-Metal Hydride battery, perhaps with a trace amount of Lithium added to justify the claim of "Lithium Technology".

""Read the product logo idiot.

OK JACKASS.

Before posting like this, please do research on a product before calling names...

These are nimhs with "lithium tech"... they WILL NOT require a new charger.

Like one reviewer said ""lithium technology" likely just means it doesn't drain by itself like lithium-ion batteries and nothing more. Misleading nonetheless"

Another reviewer said each cell says "NiMH 1.2V"

Thanks. Got a pair.

I have a 4-pack of these Rayovac 4.0 batteries in my hand.

These are NOT Lithium.
They state on the box "Ready to use LIKE Lithium"
Also on the box "Works in all chargers"
They are 1.2V NiMH, capacity not stated anywhere on the pack or the batteries.
They are pre-charged like the eneloops and say that they retain 80% of capacity after 6-months.

I wonder if people can discuss things without personal attacks and insults, that would be nice.

from another site using google search on rayovac 4.0

Rayovac 4.0 are 2100mAHR LSD NiMH batteries.

Price is $7.99 plus shipping

Thanks OP. Ordered them for $7.99 with free shipping.

Both items have shipping charges now which almost double the original price. Still a good deal, just not nearly as hot.

For the AA batteries, are we actually getting 8 of them or just 4? Site says, for the $7.99 price, $1.00 per battery...suggesting 8. But, my order for the $6.13 price resulted in a confirmation email from Adorama for QTY of 1 of these. So, am I getting 4 or 8??

I'm not sure what you had ordered, but my order of $7.99 was for 2x4packs of AAA batteries from mybatterysupplier.

I paid $6.13 for 2 packs (8 Batteries), but Adorama shipped 1 pack (4 Batteries)....

I called them and they say this what Amazon uploaded to our system... Scam?

Just got mine delivered, got 8 as promised. Don't worry about it sating 4. The only thing is the some of the packages are ripped open. But otherwise as described.

Skipping 4 Messages...

Got mine today, batteries and packaging were untouched. Uncharged, reading 1.29v all across w/multimeter and on the 1.5v setting they all read 1296, I am guessing that is mAh? My Energizer 2500mAh rechargeables read 1.26v and 1267mAh charged, and I paid like twice as much for those. Very happy about this.

Edit: The Rayovac read 1.49V after one charge, no discharge, and just under 1700mAh.
