Thanks for the heads-up on MGS4 for $14.98 and the $10 Discover promo. I already have Resistance, so instead I picked up Call of Duty: World at War for $39.99 (lowest price I've seen so far) minus the $10 promo = $29.99. It'll probably be a Greatest Hits title one day and have an MSRP of $29.99, but for now it's a good deal.
Thanks OP. I saw the prices seperately and thought ehh.. the prices were OK for older games, but forgot about the whole Discover card savings. Good price for both games.

Lightning discount is only for items offered during their lightning deals. The items have a very limited run, both in terms of timespan and quantity. If you're after one of the more popular items, you'd better be waiting when the item becomes available or it'll be sold out quickly. If you go to the Gold Box page, you'll see the lightning deals on the right. The Black Friday deals at the bottom of the page are also lightning deals.
