if you print out any item you are interested in, you should be able to price match it at a Staples B&M when they open later this morning if you don't want to worry about shipping charges OR select ship to store option for free.
doubt the sharpies deal will fly in store though as that coupon code may be programmed for online only.
Anyone having problems getting the Sharpies code to be accepted? Keeps saying invalid coupon. 800# doesn't open until 8AM. My order: 3 dozen black Sharpies @ $8.47/box = $25.47 Peachtree Pro Accounting FAR $164.99 -$25/$100 email coupon from Staples -$25 Sharpies
edit: thanks billbags for the confirmation re: Sharpies code
What to do? Sit and wait for code to be activated or place the order then call CSR after they open at 8AM? Am I remembering correctly that Staples doesn't apply coupon codes after the purchase is completed?

Site says "generic error" everytime I try to check out. I've used IE or firefox....
anybody having this issue? I'm sure i'm not the only one.
i did..i just retried until it worked. I just submitted the order without the sharpie code and figure that either they'll add it on, or I'll just return it. Wasn't worth my while to keep waiting for the code to work...

Same question here.

Thanks for taking the time to post. Have a 20 inch Acer from BestBuy waiting for pickup for $79.99. I'll cancel that order since I grabbed two of these 21.5inch Acers. With coupons that I had, they came to an extra $11 for the 1.5" I happily pay more for an extra 1.5
Got the tomtom One 130 GPS for $62.92 including taxes.
Staples order summary extract: tomtom ONE 130 GPS Item No.: 736037 Price: $106.79/each $26.8 off Product Purchase: 14408 -$26.80 (106.79-26.80=$79.99 is the advertised price, coupon automatically added) $25 off $75.00: xcouponxcodexxxx -$25.00 Delivery: Free Estimated Tax: $4.54 Total: $59.53
Got the $25 off $75 at OnlineCouponShop.com for $2.99 Actual cost is $3.99 - used coupon "onlinecouponshop25" posted here to get $1 off - yes coupon still works, and also for Staples.
So total cost including taxes was $59.93 + $2.99 = $62.92
BTW, I went through Discover, which could possibly return 5% CB. If I do get the CB, total cost would be $ 59.92

Less because I will get 2% kick back from Discover..
Not too bad a deal..
I lost count count how many times I've said it so far: when you use Discover, you lose a year of warranty. Practically any other card gives you 1% back and an extra year of warranty (assuming original warranty is at least one year). So, what is worth more to you: a year of warranty or $0.90?
They finally got to me. CSR said the code was programmed to take $25 off of only one item number so that needs to be fixed... credited back $25+tax to my cc.

If you need so many batteries that you care whether you will get 120 free or 160 free (I assume you plan to do this every week), you really should buy rechargeables. It is much better for our planet, and (assuming you live in a state with sales tax) your wallet. Here is how the math goes:
8*12.50* 5% (assume 5% sales tax) = $5 for 120 batteries (Staples does not refund your tax)
two packs of 4 rechargables each (buy 1 get 1 free at CVS, for example) = $10. Assume conservatively that each battery is recharged 50 times before it is not useful anymore (conservatively, since the manufacturers claim it can be recharged hundreds of times), then this is equivalent to 400 alkaline batteries.
There are uses for Alkalines: devices that do not use a lot of power and last long (such as remote controls or emergency flashlights). For all else (toys, flashlights you actually use on a constant basis, digital cameras, etc.) use rechargeables.

. . . Snip boring moralizing . . .

This is America. Now get out of my way or my Escalade will roll right over your Prius

Sharpies code is glitched up (and they do know about it) but they are happily taking it on the phone. Great deal.

Anyone have any luck with the sharpie coupon code yet?

I called the 1-800-891-0195 number. I did not press number ONE, I spoke it. When I pressed it, it said my call did not go through. When I spoke it, it went through. Waited 5 minutes and got a rep. She put it through in 2 minutes and I was good to go. I had them send an e-mail confirmation.
I got item number 729593 (sharpie pens, ultra fine point, assorted, 4/pack) get 3 @ $7.00 each = $21.00 item number 712714 (sharpie pink ribbon fine point permanent markers, 2/pack) get 2 @ $2.09 = $4.18

Read the spec`s on the Acer monitor comes with 3 year warranty..
I did goof up thu, could of went thur Discover website and got 5% off.. I looked at the Acer with the 25 off 100 last night when I got the Staples email. You got a great deal! Monitors in California have an extra $16 electronics waste disposal fee tacked on.
I told a friend to pass on the 20-inch Acer at Best Buy, and I called her to tell her about the Staples deal this morning (I think the Acers will sell out), and she wants to pass and wait for a 23 or 24-inch. The hunt continues!
